Assessment

Nothing is more important than knowing yourself and your team carefully. This applies both to recruitment and development, especially through leadership development.

We have developed a unique assessment process where we prepare a complete personal analysis which includes personality, intelligence, emotional intelligence, motivational factors, like structures and stress analysis.

The extents will be adjusted by the task, and are available either as an individual analysis or as a group workshop, for example in connection with talent or leadership training programs.  

Coaching

come4learning can offer coaching for both individuals and groups. We are internationally certified coaches and affiliated International Association of Coaches.

We offer coaching in development, stress and redundancies. Coaching for us is not just about goals and motivation, but more about the underlying mental strategies and improving them. To have a goal and the desire to achieve it is obviously important, but what does it help if you still do not have the mental competence to achieve this goal?
