Identity Compass

The Identity Compass is a unique profiling system, that identifies thinking structures and motivation in the individual. The system can also identify positive and negative stress and Burn Out. This ability is not found in any other profiling systems and this gives the Identity Compass a very special place amongst the many profiling tools that exists.

As thinking structures are contextual, Identity Compass is especially well suited as a coaching and development tool - both for individuals and teams.

The system offers a variety of options each with its own special purpose. It contains everything from the simple profile to a very comprehensive profile with an elaborate report. The system also offers 360 degree profiles and in 2009 there will also be a careercounceling version available.
